Zeppe’s Tavern is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to work closely with the general manager in running the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has two years of similar experience and is looking to grow with our team as we open more locations in the SWFL! Salary is based on experience but up to $65k monthly and annual incentives, paid vacations, health/vision/dental insurance and 401k options available.

Zeppe’s Tavern is a rock & roll themed upscale-casual restaurant with a full-service bar, beautiful interior and spacious patio. We are looking for someone who is task driven and motivated with strong customer service & time management skills.

?Responsibilities include working with the General Manager to:

· Provide an exceptional guest experience through consistent and quality food and beverage preparation with world class service

· Recruit, interview, hire and train team members

· Control profit & loss through sales, cost of goods and labor goals

· Maintain local health and safety codes, and ensure company safety and security policies are met

Must have strong FOH BOH skills
