Summary of Responsibilities
Join our team and help us uphold our company values and mission while working within our design team to develop exceptional solutions for remodeling projects. Responsibilities include producing construction design drawings in 2D and 3D using AutoCAD and Chief Architect, communicating progress directly with clients and team members, site measurements, and contributing to the enhancement of design process efficiencies, particularly in handoffs between Sales and Production.
Essential Functions

• Collaborate with our design team.
• Develop design and construction criteria related to the Core and Shell of residentialremodeling projects.
• Assist client in material and finish selections related to Core Shell as needed.
• Communicate with Engineering partners as needed, incorporating Engineering specs into the project drawings.
• Conduct accurate site verification and measurements.
• Produce complete drawing sets independently.
• Produce accurate project scope to communicate effectively with the production team.
• Review final design and permit documents prior to submittal.
• Make regular site visits to ensure smooth production of design intent.
• Handle RFIs from the field or clients during construction.
• Attend ARB meetings to guide approval process, as necessary.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• 3-5 years' experience in residential remodeling
• Degree in Architectural Design (or related field)
• Proficient in AutoCAD

Compensation

• $65,000-$75,000
• Bonus plan (based on company profitability, paid quarterly)
