Job Summary:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent Certifications)
- 5 years of related experience scripting and data manipulation languages such as SQL and Python.
- 5 years of experience and proficiency in automating reporting and building visualizations and some administrative exposure in tools such as IBM Cognos, Pyramid, Power BI, Tableau, or other related BI tools.
- 3 years of data modeling within a business intelligence tool
- Proficiency in relational databases; design, structure, data associations, and query language.
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis and recommend corrections to data issues reported by customers or exceptions reports.
- Experience in cross-examination of multiple data sources to provide actionable insights and feedback.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with management and team to enhance knowledge and lead project work with minimal direction. Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-speed environment.
- Able to plan work, set clear direction, and coordinate own tasks in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment. Proficient at triaging issues, identifying data abnormalities, and debugging software
- Capable of clearly presenting findings in oral, written, and graphical forms.
- Mentoring junior Developers and Data Analysts
- Flexible and able to embrace change
