Duties:
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and services
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate communication between clients and service providers
- Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans for individuals in emergency situations
- Assist with workforce development initiatives, including job training and placement programs
- Supervise and monitor the progress of clients in various programs, such as child welfare or Section 8 housing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress
