Location:- Portland, OR 97225

Duration:- 13 Weeks

Shift:- Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:00

Pay rate:- $43-$48/hr W2.

Responsibilities of LVN / LPN – LTC / Licensed Practical Nurse LTC

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, dressing wounds, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' health status, document observations, and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising Registered Nurse (RN) or healthcare team members.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, assess residents' conditions, initiate appropriate interventions, and communicate with the healthcare team and emergency services as needed.

Requirements for LVN / LPN – LTC / Licensed Practical Nurse LTC

• 2 years of experience.
• BLS/BCLS.
• Valid license.
• Covid card.
