Job Description:

The Resident Care Supervisor oversees the medication system staff members. The position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing safe and accurate medication administration processes.

Required qualification:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

• Required upon hire: Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (Vendor Managed)

• Required upon hire: In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), criminal background check is required for this position," based on assigned duties. Fingerprinting may also be required.

• 5 years Experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse that includes:

• 2 years working in a supervisory role.

• Experience with medication systems.
