Zemlock is Hiring an Extrusion Machine Operator Near Phoenix, AZ
We are currently hiring for Extrusion Machine Operator. This is a temp to perm position with the opportunity to go permanent after 90 days.
Location: Phoenix, AZ (West Valley)
Hours: Monday - Friday 6am-3:30pm
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE
Job Description: Plastic/Foam Extrusion Background or skilled Machine Operator that is Mechanically Inclined
Level 1 Operator: · Safely Start up Machine · Dial in machine to run sheet specifications. · Safely shut down machine · Maintain product specifications throughout run. · Keep workspace clean/swept. · Collect and manage scrap material. · Correctly label and pack corresponding products · Double check product labels · Filling out run sheets 100% accurately. · Check to make sure all doors are locked by end of day.
OR
Level 2 Operator: Level One Experience Plus -· Trouble shoot quality issues and adjust accordingly with minimal assistance. · Diagnosing machine errors and issues with minimal assistance · Understand when problems are to be brought to high level operator. · Routine basic maintenance on machine · Checking product specifications against product drawings and noted run sheets. · Ability to Run non routine profiles with minimal assistance
