As a Bindery Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process, responsible for operating and maintaining various bindery equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate completion of print finishing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing top-notch work in a fast-paced environment.

- Set up, adjust, and operate bindery equipment such as folding machines, cutting machines, stitching machines, and other finishing equipment.

- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as needed.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

- Inspect finished products for defects and inconsistencies, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to promote a culture of workplace safety.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience operating bindery equipment in a printing or manufacturing environment preferred.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy and quality.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demands.
