Job Description

ZB Importing is seeking a full- time, entry-level Staff Accounting to work in our Cicero location. This position requires you to work with our customers and sales managers to manage the flow of orders and to provide accounting support. You will be required to function in a professional manner, with a sense of urgency, and be detail-oriented.

Essential Role Functions

• Processing in state confirmation
• Processing out of state confirmation Including Michigan/Ohio
• Working with daily delivery invoices
• Scanning BOL to the system
• Working with open orders
• Following up with sales manager on old orders
• Checking the aged reports

Work Experience/Requirements for This Role

• Some experience with accounting
• Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office

Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8 hours shift
• Work Location: in Office
