The Zaxby’s Support Center is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join the Legal Services team. The role will work independently, receiving direction from and reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. The role will assist Zaxby’s business units to mitigate risk while simultaneously supporting the growth of the business.
The Legal Services Department provides legal counsel and services in various areas such as governance, franchising, real estate development and leasing, information technology, intellectual property, corporate contracting, consumer protection, employment law, e-commerce, litigation management, and regulatory compliance, including privacy compliance.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and allows for a hybrid work schedule that requires 3 in-office days per week.
