Zaxbys Franchising LLC is Hiring a Coordinator, CRM Near Atlanta, GA

The Zaxby’s Support Center is looking for a Coordinator, CRM to support the Loyalty/Digital Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for the successful execution and deployment of loyalty marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and In-App Messaging, etc. He/she will have a strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a passion for giving guests a seamless digital experience. This position will work with key partners across the organization to drive our Zax Rewardz loyalty program goals. In this position, the Coordinator will play a critical role within the Loyalty and Digital Channel Marketing team and partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, IT, Guest Experience, and Operations in addition to supporting our franchisees.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA and allows for a hybrid work schedule that includes 3 in-office days per week.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:

Campaign Execution:

  • Build out trigger-based, sequenced, and multi-touch omni-channel campaign journeys (SMS, Email, Push, In-App Messaging, etc.)
  • Develop and deploy individual campaigns leveraging HTML and drag and drop tools
  • Assist in building A/B testing strategy and execute plans focused on driving engagement enhancements to deliver increased campaign ROI
  • Collaborate on requirements documentation to enhance campaign and engagement data needs
  • Partner with Creative, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and agency teams to generate best in class content and assets
  • Work to continuously refine campaign journeys based on insights and analysis
  • Maintain and manage integration optimizations with CDP, analytics, and digital ordering platforms
  • Provide troubleshooting support for escalated guest and/or campaign issues
  • Assist with drafting internal communications around campaign calendar
  • Participate in stakeholder briefings to understand campaign and calendar needs
  • Coordinate ad-hoc communication requests from other teams such as Field Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Brand Strategy

Reporting:

  • Compile and share campaign performance results in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build campaign reporting summaries that leverage benchmarking and best practices
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing email and engagement data usage
  • Present analysis and findings internally to cross-functional team members
  • Leverage internal reporting dashboard(s) to extrapolate key learnings.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Must be able to effectively manage campaigns within specific deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as well as able to problem solve within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of up-to-date marketing and email communication strategies and best practices around permission-based marketing, deliverability, personalization, segmentation, and SPAM, including CAN-SPAM laws and regulations
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
  • Understanding of a strong promotional-cadence environment
  • Creative thinking, project management, leadership experience, excellent presentation and verbal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach
  • Great eye for details where accuracy is imperative
  • Team player mentality
  • Braze and Punchh experience a plus
  • Previous experience in retail or QSR industry strongly preferred
  • Experience in an agency and/or corporate marketing environment preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar discipline; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 1-3 years of email marketing experience, ideally with a fast paced, high-volume email program
