Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow the Cashier Scripts
- Order Taking - Follow the Guidelines for the Order Taking Process
- Checklists - Complete checklist items correctly and in a timely manner
- Bussing - Bus tables and keep them clean and orderly
- Cleaning - Keep lobby, dining areas and bathrooms clean
- "Game Time" Expectations - Follow guidelines for peak business times (11:30am to 1:30pm & 6:00pm to 8:00pm)
- Handling customer complaints/issues - Handle customer complaints apologetically and with urgency
- Over/Shorts - Drawer cash matches the sales from the POS
- Cash integrity
- Fellowship with others - Respected by peers and personal enjoyment of other people
- Teamwork with others - Work well with others on necessary tasks
- Effort - Work hard
- Attitude - Have a great attitude
- Punctuality - Be on time
- Sense of Urgency - Work quickly and with purpose
