Position Overview
Cooks are directly responsible for creating a great guest experience by consistently serving quality food in a timely manner. You will receive and stock inventory, prepare, cook and assemble orders, keep the kitchen clean and organized and maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Bring a bright and energetic approach to work.
- Maintain a mindset of constant improvement and must be eager to learn.
- Be able to work 12-40 hours per week.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Capabilities Requirement
- Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Ensure that food is handled according to safety regulations and guidelines while accurately preparing guests’ orders.
- Safely operate food preparation and cooking equipment.
- Practice accurate portion control.
- Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory management by receiving and stocking incoming inventory deliveries.
- Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
