Basic Description:

We are looking for a facility maintenance manager that will maintain our grounds and equipment such as refrigeration, freezer, light plumbing, and light electrical maintenance at all of our locations. We are a Zaxby's locations in the Oxford, MS area. Please see the responsibilities below. Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating the daily needs of the stores’ general maintenance such as fridge, freezer, and AC unit repairs.
• Conducting routine maintenance including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, paint touch-up, and parking lot upkeep.
• Conducting inventory counts of supplies daily/weekly.
• Maintaining consistent communication with general and district managers.

Additional requirements:

• Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Requires basic maintenance background.
• Adheres to company policies, programs, and compliance standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 years of electrician maintenance.
• Completion of a high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background check and drug screen.
