Assistant Manager Job Duties:

• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring that team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations
• Ensure processes, policies, and procedures are properly followed throughout daily operations
• All other duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly

I'm Samantha a recruiter for Zaxby's, we have several locations in the Mississippi area. We do our interviews through text and phone. Text is convenient for our new hires, this is done by just asking and answering interview questions through text.

Office hours are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm
