Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Reports Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling detailed service reports generated by our technicians and ensuring their accuracy and completeness before sending them to our valued customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding the service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review service reports submitted by technicians for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
  2. Compile and organize service reports in a systematic manner for easy reference and retrieval.
  3. Coordinate with technicians and service managers to obtain any missing information or clarification needed for service reports.
  4. Generate and distribute service reports to customers in a timely manner via email or other designated channels.
  5. Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  6. Document customer feedback and relay relevant information to the appropriate internal stakeholders for further action or resolution.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to identify opportunities for service improvements or upselling based on customer feedback and service history.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a technical or service-oriented industry.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of critical power systems or related technologies is desirable but not required.
  7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
