Zarephath is a behavioral health agency that works with children and families experiencing behavioral health challenges. Our Respite Program provides temporary, quality care to children in our residential home and community environments. We have facilities in Mesa and Apache Junction where we are looking to hire team members who are enthusiastic about working with children to help them positively manage behaviors and strengthen social skills. Day Shift
· Friday 3pm to 10pm
· Saturday 8am to 10pm, or (8am-6pm for Day program)
· Sunday 8am to 4pm
Overnight Shift
· Friday 10pm to Saturday 8am
· Saturday 10pm to Sunday 8am

Description: Care for children ages 5 – 17 in our residential home environments, Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. Part Time. Escort children on community-based outings, educational, entertaining & cultural. Transport children in our vehicles. Work with children on treatment plan goals, psycho-social skills, appropriate community and family behaviors, interpersonal relationships. Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old, minimum high school diploma or GED (1 yrs of behavioral health/child care experience or higher education required), valid AZ driver’s license, 5 years of driving experience to drive, relatively clean motor vehicle record, must be available to work 10 – 30 hours each weekend (hours are not guaranteed), willing to travel between Mesa and Apache Junction.

Must obtain: Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, TB Test, CPR & First Aid, three references, background check, & submit to drug testing.
