The Office of Human Resources student employee will be responsible for filing, alphabetizing, answering telephones/taking messages, answering questions for the public and employees, data entry, and word processing duties. The student employee will assist the HR staff as needed in the new hire process, with special projects, and any miscellaneous office tasks as needed.

Due to the nature of information handled within the Office of Human Resources, the student employee MUST maintain confidentiality at all times. Student employees must be eligible for federal work study and should be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week. Adequate typing, filing, public relation skills along with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access are required.

This is a non-benefits eligible position.
