```Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Jewelry Consultant to join our team. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces. Your knowledge of jewelry and sales expertise will contribute to the success of our store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences and budget
- Provide accurate product information and educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry items
- Assist customers in trying on jewelry pieces and offer styling suggestions
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewelry products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and pricing information
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Perform inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and price tagging

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and commissions
- Proficiency in using technology for sales purposes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Time management skills to ensure efficient handling of customer requests
