Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Jewelry Consultant to join our team. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces that meet their needs and preferences. This is a sales-oriented role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties:
- Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their jewelry preferences
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces based on their style, occasion, and budget
- Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry items
- Conduct sales transactions, including cash handling and processing credit card payments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the display area is organized and visually appealing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new jewelry collections
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of jewelry styles, materials, and gemstones is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software applications
