Job Details
Responsibilities of the PMO Manager include:
- Lead a team of Software Program Managers, oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within the Automotive software department
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the PMO, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
- Establish standardized project management processes and tools, promoting best practices and providing support for training initiatives.
- Analyze portfolio budgets, risk and resource allocation, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Foster stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and serve as the escalation point for project issues ensuring successful program delivery.
- 10 years of software program management experience in automotive software development
- Proficient in project management practices, including planning, execution, and financial tracking
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2
- Bachelors degree in relevant engineering discipline, or Masters Degree
Salary Range: $180,000-195,000 **depending on experience**
