What will you do - Ad Sales :

• Acquiring and maintaining business relationships with brands and agencies
• Coaching/mentoring junior sellers who are newer to the industry
• Understanding client requirements and working on right solutions
• Contributing to the development of company growth strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards acquiring the same
• Maintain relationships and upsell existing accounts
• Understand client requirements and work on the right solution with support from various teams
• Resolve client issues with best solution, keeping the relationship healthy
• Monitor and report key success metrics of self

• 5 years of experience in an agency environment
• Strong analytical thinker to spot trends/insights and use it to build business and support team
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up environment
• Driven, passionate, energetic and an ultimate team leader
