Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
• Process phone and email orders, quotes and sample requests in the ERP system
• Handle returns, cancellations, answer questions regarding shipping, delivery updates, status of an order, backorders and product related inquiries
• Help walk in customers
• Monitor shipping schedule and print shipping documents
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal / customer service team sales targets
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in floor covering, tile and stone industry
• Track record of handling high volume call traffic
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay : From $50,000.00 per year
