Z Best Home Care seeks a passionate and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Office Home Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and Cantonese and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our clients. As an Office Home Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating home care services, liaising with care providers, patients, and their families, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home care services. We are looking for someone who can provide empathy and understanding to our patients and their families while maintaining professional standards.

**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule and coordinate care services to meet client needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services provided.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new care providers.
- Handle patient queries and concerns in a compassionate and professionally.
- Adhere to company policies, regulations, and guidelines.

**Qualifications:**
- Fluent in Spanish and Cantonese.
- Previous experience in home care coordination or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to provide compassionate care and support to patients.
-Capacity to remain calm and composed, offering support to clients as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be compassionate and respectful towards patients and their families.
