FSLA: Full time Exempt Position
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises up to 10 employees in the SASS program. Coordinates and supports contractors in the SANE program. Fulfills supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. With the SANE program, is responsible for recruiting and providing training for Hawaii Registered Nurses to become SANE nurses in both adult/adolescent and pediatric cases.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in business from a four-year accredited college or university including 12 credits in management, 12 credits in child development or three to five years related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience in human service management program.
Three years experience in a clinical setting and two years experience in human services management program preferred.
Other Qualifications:

• Must possess a current Hawaii Drivers License.
• Must have use of dependable automobile.
• Must carry current automobile insurance with the following minimum coverage, $100,000, $300,000.
• Must have clean driving abstract.
• Must have a clean criminal background/record check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass DHS background check.
• TB clearance desirable.
• First Aid and CPR desirable.

• Demonstrates ability of administration, program planning, and staff supervision.
• Demonstrates sensitivity to non-western values and behavior, able to interpret staff problems within a culture context and ability to develop culturally appropriate interventions.
• Must possess basic computer knowledge, and ability to skillfully communicate with other professionals in the community.
