Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Development and Community Relations to lead, direct, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of agency development. This includes multi-faceted communications and marketing efforts to advance the organization's mission. An important part of this postion will be cultivating donor relationships, organizing and executing major fundraising activities, overseeing grant management and administration and special projects for consistency and overall effectiveness. Participate in development and implementation of agency's strategic plan and help ensure the financial stability of program offerings and the agency as a whole.
