Job Title: CRP Business Coordinator Employment Type: Part-Time FLSA Status: Non-exempt Department: CRP/MBDA
Job Summary
The Capital Readiness Program - Business Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of the department’s client services tracking to assess additional access to capital service needs provided by the CRP program, or external resource partners. The coordinator is the primary team member to maintain client counseling scheduling and records in the CRM database and assists the Director as a client liaison by providing client customer service and maintaining program reports.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree. Strong preference for nonprofit experience in business development, marketing, communications, or customer service. Administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred) and/or marketing/communications: 1 year (preferred).

This position is based at the CRP Program Offices at Kokokahi, Kaneohe and Laniakea.
