Job Title: CRP Business Coordinator Employment Type: Part-Time FLSA Status: Non-exempt Department: CRP/MBDA

Job Summary

The Capital Readiness Program - Business Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of the department’s client services tracking to assess additional access to capital service needs provided by the CRP program, or external resource partners. The coordinator is the primary team member to maintain client counseling scheduling and records in the CRM database and assists the Director as a client liaison by providing client customer service and maintaining program reports.

Essential Duties

  • Track Center access to capital portfolio clients in the CRM
  • Coordinate and schedule all CRP counseling sessions
  • Provide Business Development assistance – refer clients to YWIB/MCBL/EWOC/Partner agency services and programs.
  • Coordinate resource meetings with clients – i.e., 1:1 session with Director.
  • Prepare special request monthly, quarterly, and year-end MBDA client and operation/fiscal reports for the MBDA Director
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Work with Center writer to identify client “success stories.”
  • Work with Director to identify client financing and contract information, and business tracking
  • Assist established businesses with government certification preparation primarily through SAM.GOV

Education

Bachelor’s Degree. Strong preference for nonprofit experience in business development, marketing, communications, or customer service. Administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred) and/or marketing/communications: 1 year (preferred).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with data management software desired, preference for Monday.com.
  • Preference for familiarity with digital communications.

This position is based at the CRP Program Offices at Kokokahi, Kaneohe and Laniakea. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
