SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this is an on-site, part-time position that includes but is not limited to the below mission.

YOUR MISSION

• Pick, pack, and ship product.
• Organize and allocates orders, distribute receiving and shipping work.
• Work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
• Work with all departments to ship all necessary items daily.
• Work with Warranty department and Workshop to professionally box new and used bikes and products.
• Maintain clean warehouse and office facilities.
• Assist in inventory counts and cleanup on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
• Strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, & Outlook) with the ability to learn new applications as required.
• Strong initiative, resourcefulness and project completion skills; ability to identify sources of information, obtain necessary information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to prioritize work and complete multiple tasks independently and concurrently.
• Able to work well with others in a team environment.
• ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move large packages weighing up to 90 pounds required.
