Job Responsibilities

• communicate with warehouse outbound team and maintain UPS & FedEx daily pickup
• Handle UPS & FedEx complaints, fill complaint forms, follow up complaint status and improve complaints success rate
• Keep outbound team updated about LTL & FTL pickup timeline, maintain all pickups on time
• Monitor LTL & FTL status after pickup, handle any delay/cancellation /other issues when doing delivery and keep customer updated, make sure customers satisfied
• Deal with trucking companies & brokers for extra/additional fees, confirm adjusted bills and clarify the reasons of extra/additional fees and void them for future shipments

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and concisely
• Attention to detail and good reasoning skills to spot errors quickly and report them to relevant staff
• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency with industry-standard computer packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
