Youth In Need is Hiring a Cook Near St. Louis, MO

You will plan, develop and implement all aspects of kitchen operations while ensuring that all specialized diets and/or allergy needs are met, as needed.

Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri.

This Position:

We are interested in a Cook with a High School Diploma or Equivalency. Having your ServSafe Certification is a bonus, but we'll help you obtain it if you don't have it.

We're looking for someone with experience cooking for large groups and in a childcare setting. Knowledge of Health and Sanitation Regulations is a bonus.

Ability to be CPR certified and Class E Driver's License are required.

This is an hourly position, starting at $16/hour.
