As a People Hiring Partner working in our Human Resources Department, you will lead all strategic hiring initiatives as identified through long-term agency and department planning and develop/maintain tracking mechanisms for metrics related to hiring and selection. You will provide hiring support to managers across the agency by screening resumes, support with interview scheduling and coach on best practices.
This Position:
We are interested in someone with an Associates in Education, Social Work, Human Resources or related; or 1-2 years of Human Resources or applicable program experience. Previous human resources experience is preferred, but not required. Must have knowledge of employment law and best practices in hiring and recruitment. Having (or ability to obtain) a driver's license is required. Some local travel may be necessary.

This is a full-time, hourly position with starting pay at $26.44/hour. This position will be hybrid, with work from home capabilities with some in-office days required.
