Our Mission: To serve and empower youth and their families while creating a safe and healthy environment. Our Vision: To foster a higher quality of life for youth and families. YES has been providing services to the TOI communities since 1987. Through our youth programming, alcohol and substance abuse prevention education, and individual and family counseling, YES has actively engaged the local youth and community and effectively promoted the ideals of health and safety. All YES programs instill character values, inspire volunteerism, and empower youth with the belief that they have personal r...esponsibility over their education, health, and future goals. To assist youth with these goals, YES uses evidence-based character education and work readiness training to equip young people with the necessary tools and skills to build a successful future in the 21st Century workforce. YESs holistic approach to youth development has proven to be effective in steering young people away from unhealthy choices and negative forms of socialization. YES is able to provide these high quality programs due to the strong collaborations and working relationships developed over the years with the Long Island school districts, other agencies, governmental partners and the private business sector. We invite you to join us in our efforts to create a healthy, safe and positive community for all of us to enjoy.
