What You’ll Do:
Youth Support Specialists are the foundation of our Youth Home teams at Youth Dynamics. As a Youth Support Specialist, you will serve as a positive role model to support young people. You will have the opportunity to encourage the youth as they achieve their goals, create a healing environment, and maintain the supportive routine of the home. We believe that therapeutic relationships hold the key to changing behavior, and we place our trust in our team of Youth Support Specialists.
The Youth Support Specialist position currently has options for full-time, 30 Hour, and as needed Relief positions available.
What You Will Receive from Us:
Starting Wage: $16.00/ hour with regular wage increases and bonuses through your tenure.
