What You’ll Do:

Our Youth Home needs a leader like you! As a Youth Home Manager, you will be responsible for training and coaching your home's direct care staff as you provide oversight and supervision of Youth Dynamics Therapeutic Group Home Services. Your team will carry out supervised therapeutic services for youth with behavioral and emotional challenges to empower them to reach their potential. Each day you will face new challenges, have moments that you can't help but laugh at, and form meaningful relationships with your teams and the kids we serve.

What You Will Receive from Us:

Salary depending on experience with the ability to earn a 5% increase each year.
