Preferable Mid-West/East Coast Regions (75% travel) Full-Time (remote)

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience video security technology. Your primary responsibility will be to help prospect, acquire and grow large tier one video security dealers throughout your region. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. The Account Executive should have strong relationship building skills, a drive to exceed solution sales targets, an ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for serving video security dealers and helping grow their business. You will coordinate between these dealers and various internal teams to ensure a productive and smooth dealer growth experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct responsibility for the identification, contact, qualification and development of viable new tier one video security dealers
  • Provides quality internal and external support surrounding the Company values.
  • Manage the prospecting plan development and execution for newly acquired accounts at a very high level.
  • Manage the communication and internal coordination of our dealers with their internal sales team.
  • Accurate and timely forecasting.
  • Manage the on-going need to understand inter-related technologies that exist and keep current on new options as the business technologies expand and change
  • Manage the prospecting plan development and execution for new tier one video security accounts at a very high level.
  • Within existing client accounts, direct responsibility for the identification, contact, qualification and development of viable new opportunities in coordination with inside sales resources.
  • Manage assigned dealer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, a strong inclination toward business development that fosters enablement of all company strategic initiatives that lead to business growth
  • Manage the communication and internal coordination of the dealer’s support infrastructure: sales support, operations, and executive team to ensure growth and satisfaction.
  • Must have no issues with travel 70% to 80% of the time.
  • Must possess an extraordinary drive to pursue opportunities both within the target client as well as to marshal the necessary resources within the client to ensure strong solution creation and implementation of the strategy once accepted.
  • Candidates must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Many of the sales activities are limited to these forms of communication and proficiency at a high level is mandatory.
  • Exceptional presentation skills are mandatory. The ability to present to a large audience of C level decision makers persuasively and with ease is mandatory.
Required Experience:


Candidate requirements:

  • College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience.
  • Proven talent for making effective cold calls to target dealers highly preferred
  • Proven expertise to develop relationships from a cold call or networking activity highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to customer needs.
  • Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions and readily apply new knowledge required
  • A Driven, Positive, Upbeat Attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments across the organization.
  • Familiarity and commitment to daily activity tracking incorporate CRM tools.
  • Any background with advanced sales training systems is advantageous.
  • We’re looking for a competitive contributor who envisions themselves elevating their career.
  • Self-Motivated with little needs to micromanagement.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications.
  • Developing new business sales growth
  • Generate new business sales revenue within the tier one dealer account base
  • Manage a tactical account/territory sales plan to develop new business opportunities and close new account business
