Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Outreach Specialist, will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage with the community and promote Your Precious Dreams / Cleveland Sober Living mission. Duties:
- Develop and execute outreach plans to increase awareness of Your Precious Dreams / Cleveland Sober Living programs and services
- Utilize social media platforms to create engaging content and manage online communities
- Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements to educate the public about our organization's initiatives
- Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute community events and campaigns
- Collect data and analyze outreach efforts to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with fundraising initiatives, including donor cultivation and stewardship activities
- Provide support to individuals in need through social work services

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, social work, nonprofit management) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience in volunteer management and coordination
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and strategies
- Passion for social work and making a difference in the community
