Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Predictable overflow of appointments (not leads)
  • Prospects chase you vs you chasing prospects
  • No cold calling or manual grunt prospecting
  • No expensive advertising
  • More appointments with fewer calls
  • Pre-sold customers

Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Technology driven
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an active Real Estate license within two months
  • Must have no complaints at TREC
  • Must be passionate about selling
  • Must be a team player and willing to help the company succeed
  • Must have excellent people skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with area MLS systems is an advantage
  • Knowledge of TAR documents is a plus
  • Must be open to learning and teaching
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must have ambitious goals
