Compensation:

$75,000 - $250,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

Experienced agents or newly licensed - Our system works for anyone willing to follow it! We have been the # 1 Sales Team in the area over the past 5 years, powered by the most successful training and coaching program in the USA. We're growing again and looking for 2-3 FULL TIME Licensed Real Estate sales professionals with a passion for helping people - agents looking to hit the ground running. We offer ongoing training at your fingertips from the top 1% of earners in our industry

10-Point Job Description:

  • Convert buyers and sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our benefits demonstration
  • Complete VIP buyer/listing "paperwork" electronically and submit it to your admin
  • Show buyer properties
  • Communicate with sellers weekly
  • Submit offers weighted in the buyer’s/seller's favor
  • Negotiate/submit offers to sellers
  • Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues
  • Attend closing and repeat
  • Have open availability at least 5 days per week for appointments
Qualifications:
  • Possess or be able to obtain an active Real Estate License
  • Have no complaints filed at the Tennessee Real Estate Commission
  • Possess a driver's license and have a passion for selling
  • Have strong sales capabilities or be eager to learn
  • Enjoy working in a tight-knit team environment
  • Demonstrate unparalleled people skills
  • Show great communication ability, both verbally and in writing
  • Be familiar with MLS systems and TAR documents (advantageous but not required)
  • Have a willingness to be taught and coached
  • Display the capability to work unconstrained
  • Be goal-oriented. Candidates must possess an active Real Estate License or be able to obtain one. No complaints have been filed against the candidate at the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. A driver's license is a requirement and the applicant must be passionate about sales. Having strong sales abilities is preferred, but those without them must be willing to learn. Working in a close team environment must be something the applicant relishes. Outstanding people skills are a must and excellent communication is essential.
