We are looking for candidates with at least 10 years of remodeling experience, who posses excellent personality, character, drive, and passion to excel. This position would service the entire Tri-Cities area as well as southwest Virginia.

Benefits, Pay Scale and Schedule

This is a full-time hourly position with a weekly schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30. Pay is based upon experience. We offer full benefits including medical, vision and dental. We offer 9 paid holidays to all full-time employees and provide company vehicles to lead craftsmen along with fuel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 10 years verifiable home repair and remodeling experience
• Broad range of skills including carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, tile work, plumbing and electrical
• Full set of hand tools necessary for skills listed above
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to pass background check
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
