LAYOUT DESIGNER JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dedicated layout designer to join our company. You will collaborate with customer service representatives, engineering, and press operators to create effective brand specific images for signs and wraps production. Some on-the-job training will be provided to help you integrate into our workflow and production needs.
LAYOUT DESIGNER JOB DUTIES:
- Create and design various layouts for printed materials
- Select PMS colors, fonts, and images to align with branding guidelines
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
- Collaborate with customer service, engineer, press operators, and sign/wrap technicians
- Work with a wide range of media: Vinyl for print / contour cut, and direct print.
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, Onyx rip software
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills
$15.00 -$17.00/hr depending on experience
LAYOUT DESIGNER SHIFTS:
Monday - Friday | 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
