The Dental Support Specialist is responsible for supporting clinical field team members by ensuring administrative duties are cross-referenced and completed by the assigned deadline.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure timecards are updated and approved
2. Approve expenses according to company guidelines
3. Complete dental chart reviews including EMR checklist, coding, and notes
4. Conduct EMR reporting reviews to provide details to the field team manager
5. Perform other duties as necessary

Education & Training Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience preferred
• Dental office experience required

• Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards Substantial time is spent working on a computer.

• Dental operations are based in Overland Park, KS at our Corporate Headquarters.
