Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at Youngblood Nursery Inc in Salem, OR. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks, such as prospecting new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service, as well as managing inventory and computer data entry. This person should be able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.

• Proven sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Familiarity with nursery plant varieties and terminology preferred, but not required
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry trade shows
• Social Media knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
