The Raritan Bay Area YMCA is currently accepting applications for Gymnastics Program Instructor .
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic urban, growing organization, just 5 miles west of New York City in the waterfront city of Perth Amboy, NJ. The Raritan Bay Area YMCA has served the ever-evolving needs of our community since 1912. We enthusiastically serve over 6,000 members in the Raritan Bay area in our community building initiatives through Healthy Living, Youth Development, and Social Responsibility.
Under the supervision of the Healthy Living Manager, the Gymnastics Program Instructor is responsible for teaching Gymnastics classes. The Gymnastics Program Instructor will also be responsible for management of participants and conducting safe, effective and enjoyable class by providing leadership, up-to-date quality instruction and high energy motivation.

Requirements

• Must have basic knowledge of Gymnastics or equivalent work/education experience; must have at minimum 25 hours of practical experience as a program instructor relating to this field.
• High school Diploma
• CPR and First Aid (must obtain within first 6 months of employment)
