Young Life is Hiring an Area Director I Near Yuma, AZ
Responsibilities
- Prayerfully manage a group of volunteers as they love people in the name of Jesus.
- Develop a community of leaders who love one another and are growing in spiritual depth.
- Continue developing leaders and eventually other staff in the Young Life methods.
- Cast vision for the area’s continued growth. Prayerfully work hard in reaching the next school in a healthy way.
- Participate in dynamic direct ministry with kids.
- Donor care. Take an active role in helping raise the area’s budget through the development of new and current area donors as well as annual fundraising events.
- Recruit adult leaders (both senior leaders and committee).
- A call to reach multiethnic adolescents with the Gospel.
- Proven leadership skills in a rural environment.
- Self-motivator/initiator.
- Spiritual maturity and a growing faith.
- Strong initiative and vision.
- Experience in raising money and managing budgets.
- One-to-three-years Young Life area director experience is highly preferred.
- Full-time salary (based on experience and responsibility).
