Young Electric, a leading electrical contractor in vibrant San Francisco, is seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Senior Credit and Collections Specialist. If you thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and are passionate about making an impact, then we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in effective collections and lien processing within the construction industry.
  • Ability to manage difficult accounts while preserving customer relationships.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for proposing effective solutions.
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
  • Consistency, tenacity, and follow-through in all tasks.
  • Proven ability to establish positive relationships with both internal teams and customers.
  • Proficiency with MS products, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in minimizing AR exposure through strategic, consistent, and professional B2B collection efforts and extending credit limits.
  • Document all collection activities clearly and concisely.
  • Update Customer Maintenance screen as needed and interact with company systems to review and release orders promptly, following up with internal personnel as necessary.

Salary Range: The likely hourly rate range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour. However, this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
