Senior LREC Instructional Developer/POI Analyst
Summary:
Senior LREC Instructional Developer/POI Analyst Support to the Special Operations Force Language Office (SOFLO). The Contractor shall provide a Senior LREC POI Instructional Developer/POI Analyst directly supporting SOFLO at HQ USSOCOM (J3 T&E-L) from offsite. The Senior LREC Instructional Developer/POI Analyst will provide ongoing assessment and analysis of SOF language instruction programs, recommend changes, and assist in implementing changes and continuous improvement efforts are for the Joint SOF Language Program, SOF Components (USASOC, NSW, AFSOC, and MARSOC), and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) LREC programs.
The Senior LREC Instructional Developer/POI Analyst will also assess USSOCOM/SOFLO organizational language training needs and recommend optimal solutions based on the nature of the training requirements, the available resources as articulated by Government, and the time available. The Senior LREC Instructional Developer/POI Analyst will support SOFLO curriculum development efforts as the lead for an integrated team of developers, instructors, and technologists. The Contractor will develop detailed plans with milestones, manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensure robust communications with all stakeholders are maintained, and meet deadlines. The Contractor will develop synchronous, asynchronous, and blended training solutions. The Contractor will implement some solutions within an LMS and other solutions in traditional or analog formats.
The Senior LREC Instructional Developer/POI Analyst will ensure that the POI delivery achieves and/or exceeds goals and expectations by coordinating and facilitating delivery of new, existing, or modified curriculum, manages, monitors and enforces deadlines and learning management system, coordinating speakers, and serving as a liaison for Government LREC manager, faculty and students. Simultaneously, will assist in the educational evaluation oversight of students, faculty and the curriculum and ensures the quality of the student's educational process and their progress by monitoring testing, tracking individual student academic performance and curriculum data.
