Yoh is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our autonomous technology client on a contract basis. This role is critical to the organization, driving the delivery of highly innovative engineering project goals. ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of technical project management experience and live within a commutable distance to the office in Petaluma, CA for a hybrid work environment.

Title: Project Manager
Compensation: $35.00-$55.00/hour (depending on experience level)
Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
* Direct project management endeavors, maintaining strict adherence to predefined objectives and timelines.
* Cultivate client satisfaction and harmonize expectations with project outcomes.
* Define and oversee project controls and metrics for success.
* Proactively identify and address project risks to preempt potential disruptions.
* Coordinate project teams and streamline interdependencies for optimal efficiency.
* Articulate project priorities clearly and consistently to all stakeholders.
* Keep stakeholders abreast of project status and well-being through transparent communication channels.
* Facilitate engaging project meetings and reviews, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.
* Develop and refine project plans and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
* Navigate changes in project scope effectively, advising leadership on potential impacts.
* Provide support in crafting proposals and contribute to business development initiatives.
* Uphold compliance with company protocols and standards throughout project endeavors.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (or other technical field).
* 3-5 years of robust project management experience, particularly within environments involving hardware/mechanical engineering projects.
* Demonstrate proficiency in diverse project management methodologies and tools.
* Exhibit outstanding communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
* Showcase mastery in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Be open to occasional travel as dictated by project demands.
* Showcase strong leadership acumen and problem-solving prowess.
* Relevant certifications as PMP accreditation (preferred).
* Bring experience from dynamic sectors like aerospace, defense, or technology (preferred).
* Physical: Engage in office-related activities with consistent computer and telephone utilization.
