Yoh has an exciting Desktop Support Speciliast opportunity with our Bio Tech client in San Diego, CA. This will be an onsite opportunity.
Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management and oversight of all AMR Region purchasing within GIS End User Services, including procurement, receipt of goods, invoicing, and payment. Tracking activities against the approved budgets.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow to facilitate reporting of operational metrics.
* Lifecycle management of all IT Assets within GIS End User Services, including Computers, Mobile Devices and Peripherals. Maintaining healthy stock levels based on demand & supply chain lead times.
* Maintain strong Vendor relationships, performing regular operational reporting.
* Responsible for regular audits against internal asset management systems.
* Strategic input into regional inventory management.
* Drives continuous improvement on processes and systems related to procurement, asset lifecycle management, and inventory control.
* Maintain the regional Hardware standards in conjunction with the global EUS team and GIS End User Computing function.

Preferred Requirements:
* Experience in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
* Experience creating, documenting, and improving process lifecycles.
* Experience working across multiple departments and organizations.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
* ITIL, Service Management or CMDB background.
* Strong oral, written, and presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Be a champion for change; always pushing iterative improvement.

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
