Hiring: IT Manager
Pay: $100,000 - $120,000/yr.
Shift: Monday through Friday days, some nights and weekends.
Location: Farmers Branch, TX

As the IT Manager , you'll lead a team of IT professionals and oversee outsourced vendor services to design, develop, implement, and maintain systems for franchise management, accounting, supply chain, and Point of Sale (POS). You'll ensure projects align with business needs, track milestones, and manage budgets. Additionally, you'll handle end-user support, providing documentation and training for increased tech proficiency. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, analyzing procedures for improvement and managing supplier contracts and expenses within the annual budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee IT and store support teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop IT staff, emphasizing technical support and customer service skills.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Develop IT strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on enhancing store operations.
• Plan and supervise the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Ensure continuous operation of IT systems, especially POS and network infrastructure, across all stores.
• Manage hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance in stores for optimal functionality.
• Provide specialized support for POS systems to meet store requirements.
• Resolve POS system issues promptly to minimize downtime and customer inconvenience.
• Implement and monitor security measures for store and customer data, prioritizing POS system security and PCI compliance.
• Conduct regular security audits and updates to mitigate threats.
• Manage relationships with technology providers, ensuring they meet store needs and deliver value.
• Develop and oversee budgets for store IT needs, including POS systems, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Manage IT projects, focusing on store integration and support for smooth rollouts.
• Oversee integration of POS systems with other business systems to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering required.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience (5 years) with store systems, including Micros POS and Clover/Bypass POS.
• Proficient in supply chain systems and technology for 5 years.
• 3 years of experience with PCI DSS requirements and solutions.
• Strong background in quality assurance (QA) is a must.
