Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi Unit Manager to join our team. As a Multi Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and profitability of a designated units within our organization. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial goals
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Drive sales growth through effective business development strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processes and continuous improvement
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Multi Unit Manager or similar position
- Strong background in profit loss management and strategic planning
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Experience in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Proven track record in business development and expanding customer base
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to supervise and manage a diverse team of employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
